It takes a village (or in this case, a mountain community!) to make the weekend run smoothly—and we’d love for you to be a part of it. Volunteers are the backbone of the event, helping with everything from check-in to course setup, vendor support, and race day logistics. Whether you’re here to give back, earn community hours, or just get involved, we’ve got a role for you. 

• Be part of an unforgettable weekend in Bear Valley
• Meet new people and connect with an amazing community
• Get a behind-the-scenes look at race operations
• Receive a volunteer shirt or swag item as a thank-you
• Satisfy school or work-related service hours

• Check-In Support (Thursday & Friday): Help welcome guests, distribute event packets, and answer questions.
• Race Day Course Crew (Saturday): Assist with set-up, wayfinding, aid stations, and cheering racers on.
• Vendor Area Help: Help vendors get set up and keep the area flowing smoothly.
• Evening Event Support: Help with information tables, assisting with the DJ/dance area.
• Sunday Wind-Down: Lend a hand with light clean-up or guiding guests during departure.
