Join us for a welcoming evening at the bar for all early arrivals. Enjoy some drinks, mingle with fellow snowmobile enthusiasts, and get ready for a fun-filled weekend ahead! 

Please note that no mountain riding will be allowed on Thursday. The lodge will be closed, and there will be no food available. Rest up for the exciting days ahead! 

Vendors, get ready to set up your booths and showcase the latest in snowmobiling gear, accessories, and local goods. The excitement is just beginning! 

Come browse the vendors’ booths and check out all the snowmobile-related products, local goods, and services that make Bear Valley Sled Fest unique. 

Stop by the info booth for any event details, and don't miss your chance to win amazing prizes in our raffle! All raffle proceeds go to Bear Valley Ski Patrol, helping to keep the slopes safe for everyone. 

For those new to snowmobiling or looking for a relaxed ride, the Beginners Ride will be an exciting and easy-going adventure through Bear Valley’s scenic paths. 

Kids can enjoy a special social event designed just for them! They’ll have a blast meeting other young racers and enjoying some fun activities. 

Join us at the bar for drinks, socializing, and relaxing after a day full of excitement. The perfect way to unwind before the evening’s events. 

Our Welcome Dinner will feature delicious meals to fuel you for the weekend ahead. Gather with friends, family, and fellow snowmobilers to kick off the event in style. 

The excitement really begins with the Kick-Off Event, featuring live music, entertainment, and a great atmosphere to get everyone in the Sled Fest spirit. 

Start your day off right with a hearty breakfast! We’ll be serving up burritos and simple breakfast favorites to fuel your adventures. 

The action kicks off with our Youth Drag Races — 0–200cc and 200–600cc classes will run first, giving our young riders a chance to show off their speed and skill. Bring your energy and cheer on the next generation before the adult classes take the track.  

Enjoy drinks throughout the day at Bear Valley Ski Bar, whether you're relaxing between events or celebrating your victories. 

Warm up and refuel with a variety of lunch options available inside the lodge. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite between races or sitting down with your crew to recap the morning, the Ski Lodge offers a comfortable place to relax and enjoy a hot meal. 

Power, control, and determination are put to the test in the Adult Hill Climb event. Racers will face off against elevation, navigating a steep and snowy climb that separates the skilled from the fearless. Classes include naturally aspirated, improved, mod/turbo, and women’s divisions. It’s all about traction, throttle, and climbing with confidence.  

A fun, family-friendly event beginning at the Sun Deck. Kids will follow a themed trail to discover hidden items and win prizes 

A special ride designed for women racers! This event gives ladies the chance to enjoy the trail, meet others, and share the passion for snowmobiling.

After a day full of action and fun, join us at Bear Valley Ski Bar for drinks, great conversations, and unforgettable moments. The bar will close at 9:00 pm, so be sure to grab your last round and make the most of the evening! 

Stay safe on the slopes with the Avalanche Awareness Seminar, where you’ll learn about snow safety, avalanche risk, and how to stay prepared in the backcountry. 

Practice your skills in the Avalanche Beacon Park, a hands-on experience where you can learn how to use beacon equipment and test your skills in locating beacons in snow.
