All Parking Overview

 Single Day Use Parking is not assigned and is shown in yellow on the parking maps. 


Overnight Parking spaces are assigned and limited — reserve early to secure the best location. Spaces 1–69 will open first, and 70–115 will open only once the first section is full.

Space Details:

  • Space 1: Diagonal parking, 20’ deep
  • Space 2: Oversized, 22’ wide x 25’ deep
  • Spaces 3–68: Standard width, 18’ wide
  • Space 69: Diagonal trailer parking (corner end space)
  • Spaces 70–97: 15’ wide
  • Spaces 98–115: 16’ wide
     

Note:

  • No parking is allowed in the area marked “H” on the map — this space is reserved for EMS and helicopter landing only.
  • If you're unsure whether your vehicle or trailer will fit in a specific space, please reach out to Roland for help.
     

Vendor Information:

  • 3 vendor spaces located on the snow off the patio (each 10x10)
  • 4 dealer spaces next to the day-use area (each 16’ wide)
  • General vendor spaces in the parking lot are 10x10
  • If all current vendor spots are filled, more can be added to the east and north areas of the lot as needed.

Parking Spots 1-22 Overview

Parking Spots 1-22

Spaces 1–22 are located along the inner curve of the parking loop.

  • Space 1: Diagonal parking, 20 feet deep
  • Space 2: Oversized space — 22 feet wide by 25 feet deep
  • Spaces 3–22: Standard vendor/vehicle spaces, each 18 feet wide
     

This section is closest to the loading and unloading zone, making it ideal for vendors or attendees needing quick access to gear. Space 1 and 2 offer a bit more room for maneuvering or larger setups.

Parking Spots 23-33 Overview

Parking Spots 23-33

 These spaces sit just beyond the initial parking section and are part of the next group to open once Spaces 1–22 fill up. 

  • Spaces 24–33 are standard-sized parking spaces, each 18 feet wide, ideal for most vehicles and small trailers.
  • These spaces are positioned for convenient access while keeping foot and vehicle traffic flowing smoothly.

Parking Spots 33-51 Overview

Parking Spots 33-51

 

This section continues along the main parking layout and offers standard-width spaces suitable for most vehicles and trailers.

  • Spaces 33–51 are each 18 feet wide, providing a consistent size for general attendees and vendors not requiring oversized spots.
  • These spaces are centrally located with easy access to the event area, vendor booths, and staging zones.

Parking Spots 52-69 Overview

Parking Spots 52-69

These spaces are located near the back end of the initial parking section and are a mix of standard and specialty spots.

  • Spaces 52–68 are 18 feet wide, suitable for most trucks, vehicles with sled decks, and small trailers.
  • Space 69 is a diagonal trailer spot located on a corner, offering more room to maneuver — ideal for larger setups needing extra clearance.

Vendor Space Options

Vendor Space Options & Pricing
10x10 Vendor Spot
Ideal for day vendors and pop-ups. These spaces are located near main walkways, race activity, and food zones—giving you max exposure all weekend long.


10x20 Vendor Spot
Perfect for vendors needing more room to display products or gear. Available in key spots off the patio and in the lower lot.


Dealer Demo Spaces – Spaces 1–4
Each space is 16’ wide and includes access to an adjacent snow staging area (spaces 1–4 on the snow). These are prime for sled dealers looking to run demos or showcase machines on-site.


Overnight Vendor Spot + Parking
Includes a 10x10 vendor space and overnight parking for your trailer or rig. Located close to the event area for easy access and setup.

Dealer Row: Spaces 1–4 (16’ wide) with snow demo space directly in front

Spaces 6–10 (10x10) – off the patio

Space 5 (off the patio) – 10x20
Space 14 (lower lot) – 10x20
